Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.


Returns Policy

Return Window

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
