Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery
Standard shipping is free on all orders. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking once it ships.

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus additional time depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for the fastest turnaround.
